I had a rare opportunity to check out the scene north of the perimeter yesterday. First stop I decided to check out Wendy / Rose at W. Which former place is this?

It's not a former place, this is brand new across from Fine Touch Spa. I went by last Tuesday and I never saw any activity so I thought they weren't going to open.
