If you read back a few pages you will see that this happened to me (now twice). I went to my car and called and was welcomed right in after I was told at the door that no one was awailable. My theory is that they sometimes have so many people scheduled by phone calls that they want to be available so they refuse walk ins for a time. Poor business model if this is the case. A bird in the hand is always worth more than a bird that might land in the Bush later. Once you finally get in, dependding on who you have you will not regret the wait.
