Good question! I suppose there are lots of ways to approach it.

Me, I'll ask the lady whether I have to leave as soon as my stress is relieved, or whether my donation entitles me to the full time. If she says, "Usually the guy leaves when he's happy" (or some other euphemism), I'll respond by mentioning, "Well, if I'm up to it, I might want to try for another cup of coffee before the half-hour is up. ".

The response to that is one of three:

1) "It's your time, honey. If you can go again, that's fine. " This is the response I rarely hear, but when I do, I make sure to confirm it again when I meet the gal in person. If she backpedals at that point, I know she just wanted to get me to show up and that she's not an honest person.

2) "It's extra for another time, honey. " When I hear this, I know right away that the lady is all about getting me to pop as soon as possible. It means that her goal is to transform the half-hour appointment into a 15-minute quickie.

3) "Sorry, but it's just one time for the half-hour appointment. " Well, at least I know that this person is not trying to upsell me, at least over the phone.

Anyway, that's how I handle it. In my experience, unless the provider is so-so in looks or older or somewhat desperate, it's one pop for the half-hour, end of story. If I ask for an hour appointment, there's a 50% chance she'll offer up to two shots on goal.

After he conversation I had it turned out not to be so lovly but another same shit different day. Another beauty taken by the game so to speak. She's very nice but a lot of baggage. She was very upbeat and even through high price for incall (1. 5 hh-2. 5 hr) she had a lot on the menu. Unfortunately I had to pass. Not going into the conversation but it turned me off greatly.
