Elite Hands and Pine Spa are in city limits so I guess county ordinances don't apply. Only sheriff signs I saw were Sun Sauna and Jasmine. Harmony is closed to due renovations to meet the new law, all others I saw had nothing on the door or windows. Guess others got warnings. Even Massage Angel didn't have anything on the window and they were on the tv news.

I went back tonight and now I can clear up the mystery. I saw Tina tonight and she is definitely not the same girl as Coco.
