I went mid day so I don't think many neighbors were home. The house was very clean. No smoke smell no, animal smell, very nice and clean. I had a 1 hour visit with 2 pops. I don't know Angel in Springfield so my comments are not directed at her, but a severe drug habit and a deadbeat boyfriend can drain many ladies's income.
