Randomly drove Garvey last night, spotted the "Pho" place and dropped in. It was about 9:15. I visited this place and. This place is really small and is in a decently busy plaza. I don't mind but for those that want privacy, this place has decent amount of foot traffic / people in other shops. As for service, I would say it was good but the girls aren't exactly lookers either. I personally got Jenny and there was this other girl working there that was skinnier, however, not sure of her service.
