Very much so. I've realized that for me, this area is too expensive and competitive on SA and other sites but I've been able to find gems by doing just that.

You have to think about it like this. For example, my current "SB" was working two jobs. Making $11 an hour at each and working 20 hours a week at each. So she made $220 a week at each job. I told her to quit one of the jobs and I'd give her the $220 a week.
