While this topic has been the talk of the town many many times over. We all have our preference on what we think its reasonable to spend based on our experience and what most people would say. I think the point Cfomb is trying to make is why risk the high upsell price,(and yes lets not kid our selves and pretend these gals don't know what reasonable rates are) and losing a possible regular. In the long run she will find more business in regulars by offering reasonable rates. More mongers would pay less for good service than pay more and that is just obvious. I personally think a good strategy for these gals is to maybe give out a high price on some days they work and then have another price on another day she works. She can arrange these days by how busy she is and when she gets a lot of tourists who will probably will never see her again. This way she will have both options (to gain regulars OR get some extra cash from one time mongers) and your rate will depend on what day you happen to see her and what she has scheduled to charge that day. Just my own thoughts. This may take some extra organizing on her part but it should be worth it.

I absolutely agree with you. If Deziah had reduced rates for regulars, I would see her more no doubt! I have found most of the girls at Essence charge the same as Deziah, so I don't think it is just her. That place has been there a long time, and has always had very attractive providers. I did see some others years ago, but Deziah is the only recent visit I have made.

I had a dream about this after reading with kinda the same scenario as, except I opted for the hour and all the bells and whistles. Appropriate to the AMP pricing discussion below, a belated report on Deziah reveals the same issue. She works along with at least one other girl (Selena. Not THE Luxsa Selena) near the corner of Holden and 436. I actually tried the other girl once, but when the reality didn't come close to matching the photos I declined.

Deziah is very appealing, much smaller than I thought, and slimmer. Some of her photos make her look a bit larger. She is very sensual and I enjoyed the experience very much, however.

Base price was 150, but full nude was another 60, and B2 B was 60 more, etc. Etc. I didn't take her up on that obviously. The short of it is, I would have ended up with about a 250 bill for a simple body glide. Not in this lifetime. Now what I don't understand (because I'm not in the business) is whether or not that business model works. As sexy as I found her and as much as I would enjoy her, I'll simply never go back at that price. It's silly. There are too many alternatives around to justify that expense.

So I agree with those below that patience and self control is merited. I'm more than happy to put my cash back in my pocket and spend it on someone else. I personally think these girls are being penny-wise and pound-foolish. Why would drive away someone (like me) who would be a contented Deziah regular at, say, $150, for a one time shot at getting $250. Maybe two years from now, she'll be the one proven correct and she'll be retired, living on her own island. Time will tell. But from my point of view, accepting price inflation is not a good practice for mongers. My two cents.
