So my birthday is coming up and I would like to find an actual good massage that would give a HE as well. Preferably not in East stl because I don't want to get stabbed.

I've tried out 2 so far. Camden gave a great BBBJ but the massage was seriously lacking. Sunshine massage was an average massage, totally legit, and gave no hints at extras.

She is located in downtown. Safe incall. She is a nice, thick girl but nothing like pictures. Massage is nothing to brag about. VIP is full service, if you want just a massage stick with ygnd. Far better options and lot better looking.
