You must be some kinda health nut! Coconut oii is allegedly very good for you in a variety of ways, especially when ingested; that is if you plan to eat-out that little brown starfish as well.

Anal-Ese is a brand of lubricant, both cream and gel forms, which claims to simultaneously lube and desensitize tender nerve endings in the nether regions. Especially good for newbs and others relatively inexperienced in this art form. I find it tends to get s bit sticky eventually. Any water based lubricant available at your local pharmacy would suffice.
