A lot of decent providers would hang up at hearing this question. It's a relevant question, perhaps. But it's a selfish one, suggesting that the asker is not interested in the well being of the provider in any way at all. Good providers already know that this outcome is what clients are looking for.

It's just a scratch. You're not going to die. Crack pipes don't carry anything as most germs are killed with flame. Needles aren't going to scratch you, they're going to poke you. You're fine.

Like MrSwithwick said if you have to tip toe around certain issues as if it was a mine field you may want to consider a new hobby to prevent dealing with family and lawyers down the line. BUT if it's not that serious, you just hate having the funk of a visit on you and your clothes a little planning helps. A plan that I used when I was seeing BP girls on a regular basis and had to be extra careful from a personal point of view was.

1. Have a set of clothes available that I would be wearing to the appointment.

2. Have them cleaned before taking them back home (best to keep them on hand for the next visit do not take home).

3. Keep an active gym membership Shower at the gym, I used the damn shower more than I did the equipment.

Just a little planning will help depending on when, where and who you see. Your appointment with the provider should allow you to change into your "go see her" clothes do the deed go somewhere and get cleaned up and take care of those funky clothes. Now you are clean and back in the clothes you left the house in. Some of the girls are either reaking of smoke or take a fucking bath in cheap perfume and some of the scented oils that the AMP's use you almost need GoJo to get the shit off. If you are single it's not that difficult, but if you are in a relationship be careful. Plan ahead!
