Like MrSwithwick said if you have to tip toe around certain issues as if it was a mine field you may want to consider a new hobby to prevent dealing with family and lawyers down the line. BUT if it's not that serious, you just hate having the funk of a visit on you and your clothes a little planning helps. A plan that I used when I was seeing BP girls on a regular basis and had to be extra careful from a personal point of view was.

1. Have a set of clothes available that I would be wearing to the appointment.

2. Have them cleaned before taking them back home (best to keep them on hand for the next visit do not take home).

3. Keep an active gym membership Shower at the gym, I used the damn shower more than I did the equipment.

Just a little planning will help depending on when, where and who you see. Your appointment with the provider should allow you to change into your "go see her" clothes do the deed go somewhere and get cleaned up and take care of those funky clothes. Now you are clean and back in the clothes you left the house in. They can have your insurance company pay for it but none of us wants that. Now, it's supposed to be completely confidential and you pay out of pocket so there is no record and the site informs you that you DO NOT have to even show I'd when you go get tested -- just take your receipt / order number. I typed my real name in the site anyway because I was expecting some "clerical error" like in monopoly -- I am prettyI didn't type in SSN anywhere. So I went to Quest Diagnostics and the nurse / nurse aid insisted on Identification! I insisted I would not show them any. It was taking time to call the Site people to resolve this so I said what the hell and showed my license. She just took a brief glance at it to see I was who was on the Test Order. I've been to Quest to do drug testing when switching jobs twice, so I understand they want to test the right person and are not differentiating the different types of testing they administer.

Anyway, it was pretty confidential and discreet I guess. They took blood and urine samples which took all but 5 minutes. Then was it. Logged back to the site to test results after a few days -- nothing mailed to you. The last one I had done was in 2009 so I it had been a while. Anyway, $$+ sounds steep but even HIV doesn't spell death nowadays and think how much early detection can do as well as sparing your significant other from issues.

Now, I know the usual suspects are going to be asking about all the services offered which I never ask for. So I tell her, the pervs will want to know what's on offer? I had a dream that I got grazed on the leg with a sharp object underneath the covers a few days ago. I have no idea what it is, could be the mattress springs in cheap motels popping out, could be keys or a pen, etc. In the swing of things I couldn't be bothered to check. But the deeper I get, the more I am finding out that almost everyone is either injecting a needle or smoking with a pipe. So my worry is it was one of those objects forgotten underneath the covers.

So I checked the scratch when I got in the car. It was in the dark but it looked just skin deep and no blood. Today, I noticed that I had a line of scab so obviously I bled a little bit. So now I am a little worried. Obviously, there the pipe should have no blood. The needle is another story. I just got one of those tests a month back that tests everything under the sun which took away a dark cloud hanging over my head. I really didn't need this but I guess I am being paranoid right?

Also, I advise you to watch where you're stepping and fucking!

I doubt you got scratched by a needle.
