It's pretty common for girls to request that tattoos be airbrushed, along with blurring their face. After all, what's the point of blurring your face if you have easily identifiable tattoos? There's no photographer's watermark though, which would lend credibility that the pics are legit, but I also didn't come up with anything on a quick Google search.
