Actually no you don't have to be careful, all you have to say is "she's not available." That's pretty simple. An not "unavailable" just unavailable. I guess you could also something along the lines of

She's not around
Not answering calls
Not working right now
Taking a break
Giving her pussy a rest
Seriously, there is no end to the ways you can say that some chick isn't working.
