Not one of my providers came from a trade or freebee and my count is close to 3 digits. If I'm willing to put the effort, take risks, get burned or arrested, there's no reason why one of you should get a free ride. As to your comment on sharing info. This depends on the type of provider. There's no reason to keep a public provider secret from your buddies because she's banging 20 mongers a week who are not your buddies so this obviously makes no sense. Non-Pros and UTRs are a different story. This has been discussed many time on this board so I won't get into the details but I can tell you that a majority of non-pros don't like you to share their info unless she is super comfortable with you and has made it clear that you can. Doing so willy-nilly could mean you losing her as a contact.

People sometimes get frustrated with me for sharing a story but not sharing the provider. I don't share the story to tease people. Most of the stories I post contain valuable lessons and experiences that can help one. I can't say how many stories I read from senior members here which helped me take the big leap years ago and give me enough courage to drive into this hobby. Too many people these days just want a free ride off the backs of people who put in many hours and risked a great deal to find quality providers. Fuck that. There are a few of these that I know, based on their posts, in full caps, say no BBFS. Now if that is just a ruse, then I guess BB can be done in person.
