You need to learn to use the Advanced Search tool. In the upper right portion of the page, click on the Advanced Search link. You will be taken to a page with many menu boxes and scroll bars.

Near the top on the left you will see a box labeled: Search for Posts. If you are searching for info on a provider or some other keyword of interest, type it into the Keywords text box. If you want to find posts by a user, enter their name in the User Name text box.

Next, look down and you will see Additional Options. In that find Search in Forums. The scroll box to the right contains the names of cities for which there are forums. Use the scroll bar to the right and scroll through the list until you find the city in which you are interested. Cincinnati for local OH and KY girls.

After all that, click search now and you will get all the posts that satisfy your search criteria.
