I have yet to hear of any stings that involved outcall service. It would seem to me that it would create a better case of entrapment as compared to incall. It would be harder for LEO to explain how they knocked on your door soliciting sex.

Out-call is not a controlled environment for LE and therefor not done very much if at all. LE needs to meet certain control criteria in order for a sting to function properly, net many suspects and in-call is one way they control all the parameters. That is not to say the out-call could not be used to catch a few johns but the better success and control is done with in-call. I have not seen any news reports which would suggest out-call situation.

Hope everyone is well. I visit an establishment that is in a quasi professional building. There is a camera in the hallway. I have been in that hallway several times. If that place ever got busted, would they be able to go after me for just being seen going in and out of the establishment? Maybe I am just checking to see if the heat is working! Haha.

Haha, wow, I haven't noticed a camera at the Stanley. When they put one over by the apartment building by Cary and Washington Ave where all the girls were staying they had a big sign saying they were recording. Now the sign just says call the police if you see anything. I drove home past the Stanley and a girl was standing in the shadows there. Looked like Nadia but couldn't be sure. What is odd about this bust is the child porn aspect of it, allegedly found on one of the providers' cell phone, and that 3 or more non- Asian males, (at least if you go by the looks and names) were involved somehow. Doesn't fit the usual profile for these establishments. Also a poster on the MP thread questioned why there was still a craigslist ad up the day after the arrests. Many times the CL and BP ads are paid for well in advance and keep running a while after the place closes. And / or, sometimes arrests of individuals that work at a spa do not always result in the permanent closing of the spa. Not sure what the situation is there, but I would imagine these places will be shut down.
