Thats what I use. They say it reaches the peak saturation point at 3 to 4 hours. But yesterday I took it at 11 am and didn't get busy till 8 pm. And no problem.

Had to laugh at one of the dissappointments being wasting a V. Happened to me several times and I found that was probably the worst part of getting stood up. The damn things aren't cheap and you have to walk around for the next few hours with a rock hard woody and nowhere to bury it. The only consolation is you have a bankroll ready to go for another time.

Just wanted to share my experience with Lauren. When I go out with friends or just myself, I go because I ENJOY IT anyway, or in the case of business functions and grocery stores, or Starbucks, I go there for business, food, and coffee.
