Now, you may have something here. The trailer park on Hillsborough a few block east of Himes used to have more than one UTR living there or near there.
Pearl, for one, who I last saw in Drew Park many months ago. Also nearby on Hillsborough are two tiny cheapo motels and a convenience store. The motels keep a close watch on their guests to be sure nothing shady happens. I arranged to meet one girl who had my phone number. This was more than seven years ago, of course.
Just about every week I spot someone or another in that area who looks like she may be working, but none have given the look back. They would have to be extra cautious in that area because the neighborhood is not known for that activity.

Keep your eyes open. You may even be able to carefully finesse one of those 2-3 girls you saw if you can get one alone.

Yes, I am replying to my own post. This is an update.

I drove by the area of Hillsborough between Habana and Himes several times in the last few days and had absolutely no sightings. Zero. Zilch.
Maybe if I check out the side streets around noon and after 4:00 pm I will have better luck. Or I am way off base about this stretch of road.

My guess is that she has no idea who you are asking about and wants to block ANY other worker.

Once in a while a stray worker will walk west from Nebraska. Boulevard is a little farther west than they usually get.
