Well, the implications of the things you've said here are pretty scary. I saw her a couple years ago, but didn't notice anything wrong then (she was a bit thinner and looked a little older than her pictures, but that's it). The service at that time was very good, but not quite good enough to justify the higher than usual donation and extra hassle of setting up the appointment (at least not when there were so many other good options available at the time), so I never repeated.
