Forsyth County passed their new ordinance 124 regulating massage parlors & Spas last night. Kicks in Jan 1st. Based on & essentially the same as JC's rules.

Visited Rose again and was pleased with the service overall as usual. The massage was excellent and the HE was more than what I desired and I left extremely happy. This place is in Dunwoody near where Winters Chapel meets Spalding.
