This may sound a bit WTF? Back in days when I used to hobby a lot on weekly basis (3+ times a week for like 12 years.). For the most part, you can indulge in BBBJ and be fairly safe. I've been mongering for 5 years now and only had 2 episodes of catching a "burner" from a BBBJ.

You should be okay, but look for open sores around her mouth. The big three here are chlamydia, gonorrhea, or syphilis, but the risk here is minimal. You're more likely to catch something from kissing. If you're into that sort of thing.
