It'll be an interesting day at Century Center today. The City & County will have inspectors in the building this morning checking a lot of the units that are rented. They are looking to see if units are being used for residences or businesses. They are hunting for additional revenue from property taxes and want to change classification from residence to commercial. I don't know where the city is getting all these inspectors, so there may be some brought in from other departments. I was called last week asking if I can let them in my units, I told them to contact my tenants directly. What a pain in the ass!.
