Ah yea, he tried to clean up Pigtown, there was a lot more girls working the area. He came out taking pictures of cars and tag numbers and posted on line. If I recall he just got fed up with baltimore City and Pigtown in general and moved out. It's been so long that I don't remember where I read it, maybe a real paper or something but he's gone. He was really confrontational to guys here in person and online. He blasted me once for saying here, in our forum, that if residents would just tell mongers where to go, like some of the streets that are less populated or populated or away from houses, they would leave the more residential places alone. So mongers are still there and he is gone and people go wherever they want rather than pushing the action away from where he lives.

Basically he put up a fight and lost over time. It's a shame. I remember when places like 40 e by tohe more industrial parts were the place to go. I don't think anybody here really wants to bother people in their homes but if neighbors don't push it to where they don't care, they will get it wherever it is easy for everybody.

The area the guy was talking about, I haven't cruised in years. I may pass through, but, I stopped doing anything by the school and new housing development.
