I was in the mood for some relaxation today so I took a stroll to the AMP on Grand next to the pizza place. The place inside was not too elegant (especially the restroom) but good enough and they ask you to take off your shoes. I asked for one hour but got shorted on time, which was not horrible since the massage was sub par anyway. I wanted the therapist to walk on my back, but you need to get a different room with overhead bars, which they do have available. The therapist, whose name I did not get, asked for a tip beforehand so I obliged. Just in case, I went prepared for more than a standard end, a step above that, and was asked for $ but I talked her down for 20 less. I think that if you opt for a half hour here, they are more likely to accept a lower tip, since they are spending less time on you. Anyway, I left happy. Stay kool gents.

Actually I was at a well established place in algonguin lately and absolutely no talk of tip and since I only had $30 on me that was good. If people are going to cave they are going to keep asking.
