I quit going to Asahi for that exact reason. I know that there are several reviews about CB, but I wanted to add mine too. Safe parking away from the street. Man you guys need to go SE Asia. I guess I perceive things differently because I have been spoiled by living there for two years. So maybe take my reviews with a grain of salt.
