I have no explanation that I can truly defend. My thoughts are that Orlando as a tourist destination is encouraging the rate hike or men who lose their mind in the moment.

I am past that point. Sadly, Tampa is now by far a better and friendlier market, IMO and in my experience. Orlando prices are too high and the quality very low. Generally speaking.

I am sure there are exceptions but only a few.

You could not be more correct. One of the reasons is CB. Hell will freeze over before I pay 240 or more at CB for 40 minutes. If I am going to pay that, I will go see some of our excellent providers.
