Searching Basics

I agree, people do need to search before asking. However, we also have to remember that 3 letter names a lot of the providers use, such as "Mia", are not searchable

If a name is too short or very common, everyone posts the LINK itself when referencing a provider and keywords in the links should be searched.

(2) A lot of times, specially now providers will use multiple accounts thus poster IDs since Backpage has also started to "Ghost" posts but they'll have the exact same keyword in the title. Or you can search part of of the title which is also in the URL:

So if you search "2180939" or "xotic-Russian" in Raleigh, you'll find 6 posts referencing Mia.

Ghosting

Go back a few pages on the forum you will see why the number of girls have, there seems to be something up with how posts are showing up on BP. Backpage is experimenting with a lot of ghosting like Craigslists does. After a bit, ads from the same account get "ghosted" meaning they don't show up in the results. Right now the gallery section where we usually search. So far they show up in sort by date (just text). So recently, providers started posting from multiple accounts, so you've probably noticed that multiple ads from the same provider. BP has also started ghosting those maybe based on analytics of ads contain very similar text and / or IP. Better to search for ads by date and on desktop there are link preview software that on hover over give you a view of what that link is. Upgraded ads get preferential treatment in results and galleries.

Bitcoin

So is BP accepting bitcoins as payment method?

Yes, since July I think when MC / Visa / AMEX all stopped processing for BP and BP went to Bitcoin. BP must be losing a ton of money because providers just don't understand how to use Bitcoin and generally little interest in it. I've tried to tip providers in Bitcoin and / or show them how to set up a wallet but generally they have little interest in it saying "maybe next time. Yes, BP now accepts bitcoins as payment method. The other ways are something called a Paysafe Card (which I heard didn't work) and by sending in a money order. You may also be able to send a check, I'm not sure. I opted to go with bitcoins, which was a lot easier to figure out than I initially thought!

Problem with BP is even with providers that pay, sometimes the ad will all of a sudden go ghost and just randomly disappear. That's another reason you will see girls posting multiple times. BP is trying to get everything in order but they still have some bugs they are working out and its driving us crazy.
