Well folks, for those in some customer service industries, Canadian IS code for black. I don't know how long or for what reason, it is. I learned this about twelve years ago. I called, was given directions. Got to the location called again and was directed and was given the room #. Got to the door, knocked and saw someone look through the peep hole but never open the door. Got back to my car saw that the same number had called me back (left my phone in the car).
