Been doing this for over 2 months now and it's been a fun but an expensive adventure. These are my observation of how to spot an UTR.

Please add to the list if you like.

1-she gives you her cell number with her first response.

2-She asks you to send her money so she knows you are real and won't waste her time.

3-She asks for minimum of $600 per meeting (after negotiation).

4-She is open to meeting you at your place or hotel or her place on the first meeting.

5-Right away she wants to know how much of an allowance you are going to give her.

6-She wants money for the meet and greet.

7-She complains about too many cheap guys on the site. She accuses you of being cheap.

8-She messages you from another state, expecting airline ticket and hotel plus expenses, because she really likes your profile and wants to spend time with you.

9-She lives in a hotel.

10-She message you and tells you how handsome you are even though you don't have a public photo.

I can think of more but "top 13 or 14 list" does not sound right.

The walk away attitude is very important. IDK about the dress code. A nice house and car helps in the long run but they don't get to see that before they greet you.
