Texted to set something up, got a response not too long after stating sorry my phone died I'm checking in and ready to go. I texted back asking if her no AA policy extended to all men of color, as I'm not AA but not so Caucasian either. No response at all. Even a simple, "no I don't see any colored men" would've been good enough, but no response? For a reputable provider that's a slap in the face of her reputation.
