If we're going to play the negotiation game I always want to know what I'll get for $60. But I let them know this that if we're negotiating part of the deal right now is that she does not get paid until the deal is done. Period! And if we need to still go back and forth the deal is done and I walk.

The person who has the money makes the rules, not the other way around. I tip more where more effort is placed and I let them know when it happens and that I appreciate it. They can earn a repeat customer and steady income from someone they know. But they don't care about that because they just want money. So deliver and get paid or I walk.
