I believe Junko was her original name. Then once she moved (to Hanazono?) she changed her name to Jennifer as a reimage. Lots of girls do something similar. The guys here are referencing her as Junko as that is her original name and probably closer to the real thing. I don't think there is any input on her part on what she wants to be called here.
