I agree with this in terms of the fact that I would say 85% of girls I have seen first covered, would allow me to bareback them at least on the third visit. It's not because I necessarily did anything special, but I think the biggest reason is that they're scared of losing a client, so if you ask politely among other things, chances are in that situation you'll get what you want. I have had a few that I just BB'd and the issue was never even discussed, it just happened. Most, I had to see several times and let them know that BB was the only way they would see me regularly. Some, there was an initial upsell, and I would go for it as long as it was understood from then on it was BB at the regular rate.
