Hung around the circle despite the rain and was rewarded when a little spinner came skipping nearby. Looked mixed with long dark hair, tiny (maybe 5 foot, 100 pounds) and gave me a smile so I stopped and she hopped in. We did the LEO check and she told me that her name was Stephanie. Headed down to Frenchy's for some fun and turned the fan up to "high" (thanks Bolo!) She was brown from head to toe with a cute little landing strip and A cups so I went to work on her and soon had her moaning and throwing her legs onto my shoulders. Finished quicker than I wanted to but still had fun. No digits but said she'd be around the circle for the next few days. Well worth the usual tuition!

The Court of Appeals said in Crawford vs St. Of MD (1963), a case in which the defendant fatally shot a younger man who was attempting to break into his home to beat and rob him:

"A man is not bound to retreat from his house. He may stand his ground there and kill any person who attempts to commit a felony therein, or who attempts to enter by force for the purpose of committing a felony, or of inflicting great bodily harm upon an inmate. In such a case the owner or any member of the family, or even a lodger in the house, may meet the intruder at the threshold, and prevent him from entering by any means rendered necessary by the exigency, even to the taking of his life, and the homicide will be justifiable. ".

State of MD v. Faulkner (1984), the Court of Appeals of Maryland summarized those principles, and stated that a homicide, other than felony murder, is justified on the ground of self-defense if the following criteria are satisfied:

1. The accused must have had reasonable grounds to believe himself in apparent imminent or immediate danger of death or serious bodily harm from his assailant or potential assailant;.

2. The accused must have in fact believed himself in this danger;.

3. The accused claiming the right of self defense must not have been the aggressor or provoked the conflict;.

4. The force used must have not been unreasonable and excessive, that is, the force must not have been more force than the exigency demanded.

I recently heard that Maryland is the only state in the union that will bring you up on murder charges, even if it was self defense in your own house. Can anyone substantiate that comment? That doesn't seem right.

I'm not a lawyer, but I did stay at a holiday inn express last night.

I believe, that if you were to kill the assailant, even in self defense, while you were in the process of (technically) committing a crime (solicitation, patronizing, what ever the crime against the john is), you could be charged with murder, maybe even capital murder, as the crime being committed, even if not directly related, would negate a self defense claim.

Moral of the story, you might want to wound, not kill.

That does not fit her CORE personality,. At all. I can see breaking and entering, snatch and run, theft by stealth. BUT yoking / banking, via lethal force. HER? My mentally challenged neighbor fell for these 2 clowns twice, The first time after he was in the room her buddy rolled in and took his money and his phone and told him to roll out. The 2nd time was last weekend, they waited until he had his pants around his ankles, came in took him money, they rode with him to a ATM made him empty his account. Never a dull moment.

I too saw Summer for the first time in a while, I believe it was on Friday. And I too was unable to stop long enough for a visit. We talked for a few minutes, I saw the dog bite scars on her arm; that must have been painful.

Had a good day on Saturday. I ran into Summer, haven't seen her in months. I don't know if she was on vacation or not but she looked really good. She definitely has the "GND" look. I wanted to touch her more closely but my time would not permit, so we did the CD for now. I will repeat in the near future. I saw Lilly as well. She told me she was on vacation, she has put on a few pounds, she is a sweetheart so I would see her reguardless. I didn't on Saturday, but will real soon.

You're right, I think those pics are nearly a year old. And yes she's dropped a lot of weight since, though I hadn't taken pictures. I think she's still only 19 or so now. If she's the same Monica that Happy One is referencing in his post, then all I can say is wow. Would never have imagined this girl being involved in that kind of activity -.

Those must be older as she was descending fast and the last time I saw her she did not look well. I also got a few text asking for help, but figured the cost had to be high if they were keeping her this long.
