I would have to agree. And I would take exception to the notion that most people have blown off an appointment. Yes I have not made it to an appointment for one reason or another. Traffic, couldn't get out of work or SO decided I was doing something different at that time but I have always found a way to call or text with my apologies. We all get on out 'high horse' as said eloquently above and complain about having to wait or not having our 'I'm here' call answered but those who just don't show up are part of the problem. It's not hard to pick up the phone, and call or text if something comes up. It's rare for me to have to cancel an appointment, but when that has happened, I've always called. Why not give another guy the opportunity to take your time?

I think no shows are the main reason why some ladies double book. When this happens, it's really frustrating to get to the parking lot, and then find out that she isn't answering her phone.
