Can't help you with regard to NCVIP as I was approved by them long ago, sounds like they have tightened things up. And I am not a member of P411. As far as the Raleigh area, you didn't say anything about what sort of lady you are looking for. There is a lot of junk on BP, but a few grains of wheat among all the chaff.
