I rarely post on this forum, just browse occasionally. I saw this goddess Saturday with glasses walking up Wilkins at around 12:30 am. Made the loop around the block and of course someone else made the coop. Why not. Saw her again at same location turning corner 30 minutes later, wammo. Another pickup as soon as I could reach her. Anyone know who this is? The only thing that was obvious about her was it was 12:30 am and she was walking casually up street. Had on nice jeans with prefab holes and a very nice top. Did not look anything like a streetwalker except for the fact when monger pulled over she took no time to get in.

A letter to their home from a similarly concerned citizen thanking them for their efforts and warning them their license plate has been put on the internet would be far more effective.

You need to be good at shadowing someone, and you should mail the letter from York, PA or somewhere.

But then my primary hobby is writing up plausible plans for fictional villains, so this may not work in real life.

If they protest just respond "This car and its occupants have been seen violating people's right to privacy by taking pictures as they drive on public streets. I am going to report this to my attorney to see if I should sue for having my civil rights violated. ".

Well, I do know that there isn't a reasonable expectation of privacy on a public street. That has been ruled in numerous courtrooms and in a broad spectrum of cases.

What does have me wondering is if these people are using public information and getting addresses and names and sending the letters under the guise of being the BCPD. It may be worth a little bit of due diligence. If they ate the ones sending the letters and not the BCPD, they could be in a world of trouble.

Maybe having a conversation with them under the guise of being a concerned citizen from another locale could get them to disclose their methods. I guess it goes without saying that a micro recorder should be on at the time.

Today I spotted these same two ladies in a Brownish Tan color Jeep a newer model not like the older black jeep they have been seen in before they were watching every car that went by then I saw a police car double parked sitting there laughing and talking to them. Also the Tag # on that Jeep was 3 AJ4766 so guys keep your eyes open and stay safe.

Picked up Stephanie off of Carey last week. This is the slim SW of Guam or Hawaian decent. She is spinner, had her hair and face done up pretty, and had a very talkative, bubbly, and pleasant attitude. Also seemed like she had been awake for a long time as she ended up dozing off briefly in between her chatter while going to my spot.
