I am going to report this to my attorney to see if I should sue for having my civil rights violated. ".

Well, I do know that there isn't a reasonable expectation of privacy on a public street. That has been ruled in numerous courtrooms and in a broad spectrum of cases.

What does have me wondering is if these people are using public information and getting addresses and names and sending the letters under the guise of being the BCPD. It may be worth a little bit of due diligence. If they ate the ones sending the letters and not the BCPD, they could be in a world of trouble.

Maybe having a conversation with them under the guise of being a concerned citizen from another locale could get them to disclose their methods. I guess it goes without saying that a micro recorder should be on at the time.

Today I spotted these same two ladies in a Brownish Tan color Jeep a newer model not like the older black jeep they have been seen in before they were watching every car that went by then I saw a police car double parked sitting there laughing and talking to them.
