Pretty much had the same experience. Setup a time, made the confirmation call sent to 2 different places and now 15 minutes beyond and that's my limit of run around no matter what the little guy thinks.

Lot of posting about NCNS. I'm in total agreement. My thoughts on it are this: while sh*t does sometimes happen to cause someone to miss an appointment, the appropriate action is to follow up ASAP with whoever you stood up and let them know what's what. I have been doing this for 20 plus years and the consistency I have found is that none of these girls have any business acumen at all.
