There was a Leah that I saw about five or six years ago. She was very friendly and delightful to be with. She had a day job and she stopped answering email before I could see her again. She was definitely not Italian in appearance nor did she mention being Italian. Then, maybe two years ago, she was on another web site with no photos. I contacted her and asked if she was the same Leah from a few years earlier, and she said she was. Her attitude was very curt and dismissive, and her rates had about doubled, so I dropped it there. She didn't come across as the sweet girl I'd seen before, yet she said she was one and the same. She only ran the one ad and then she dropped out of sight again. I would doubt that this current Leah is the same one, but I suppose she could be. I guess all I've really said is that the one you found from a couple of years ago may very well not be the same one currently posting.
