I have been working in the area for weeks and make a few loops before heading home without ever making a scoop. My letter mentioned 5th street near Pontiac. Letter was based on report from a community watch observation and letter stated that I was not charged with any crime. Probably the two old ladys in the dark SUV turned in my tag number. I never had anybody in the car with me but the letter said driver or occupant actions were consistent with solicitation of a hooker.

They can follow me all they want, I've been out of the streetwalker scene for a long time. Still find it interesting to drive through the areas when I'm nearby.

Today I spotted these same two ladies in a Brownish Tan color Jeep a newer model not like the older black jeep they have been seen in before they were watching every car that went by then I saw a police car double parked sitting there laughing and talking to them. Also the Tag # on that Jeep was 3 AJ4766 so guys keep your eyes open and stay safe.

Ya, saw those two tattle tales on the corner of 5th and Pontiac (actually parked on Pontiac). They were talking to that cop for over an hour as I left there picked up Stephanie at SA for a quick BBBJ, cruised the WW loop, then came back through BP and they were still chatting. Anyone can write down anyone else's tag number and say whatever they want about the behavior of the car with a tag number. It doesn't mean squat. I would bet it constitutes harassment.

Let me see I am looking at a grey buick right now with tag number xyz 123 and there is a man driving it with a known hooker. I am going to send them a letter. WTF?

I would have a lawyer, not me, write the city police that this is harassment and it better stop or you will file charges against the city police department and sue them for damages caused to your marital relationship by this random letter with no basis for criminal accusations. There is a very good reason the Balt City You Police Department pays 10's of millions a year to citizens wrongly accused and / or beaten.

More murders in Baltimore this year than NYC and they are worried about this BS?
