Really surprising thing was that this took place in Polk County, where these stings are commonplace, and well reported. I would NEVER monger in Polk County, and am surprised that any woman would offer services there.

IMHO, heroin is worse than the other drugs. Crack is a mental addiction that can supposedly be broken in a few days. Blues and methadone are a physical addiction that takes a while from which to get clean. Girls I've seen jonesing for heroin get so damn aggravated that they'll nearly kill you to get some more.
