On a one to one situation, you are absolutely right. But when you have a witness who works with the LE and claims that shit happened, and then you have online in a forum that shit also happened, it is now a supporting written evidence. The complexity of what charges and what the LE is doing to be able to gain this so called "trumped" up charges are the tactics that has shifted recently.

Unless you lawyer up and defend yourself, which will cost you a pretty dime, and you add in the fact that you have previous criminal records, you stand a very low chance to say, OH, online written shit are all BS, you can't use that against anyone.

Admin: So I think this is legit under the "Like Beef Lolo?" starter thread rules but if not just delete it and don't count it against me as a first time infraction. Been on this forum (mostly ISG and hell even wsg back when this was all still one site until I lost my account info and can't reset my password as no longer have access to that email address) since nearly the beginning, would hate to lose access.

Going to talk some crap here about two senior members in light of Saki today. As with another monger I was feeling iffy on her not smelling right though was thinking more sting than crap service. So a senior member posts but his post count is so low and my spider senses were so up already and I immediately discounted it but figured would monitor the thread as figured somebody would TOFTT. A bit later another senior member with a respectable minimum amount of posts and a some legitimate looking older reviews posts and that pushes her over into the "lets try her" camp. Both posts vague (which should have raised up more flags than it did) but positive so dove in. I'm going to straight out call the first low count member as a fake account and sales / PR / shill for her and the second member, well I'm not sure his deal and why he wanted to screw the community over like that as that's not why we are here, we are here to help fellow mongers out. He could be a shill but doesn't feel like it given he had a posting history, I can only think given his post about helping with the pictures and her subsequent BP post with the new pictures and phone number he was either taking a cut of the total till in trade for professional services or some other BS anti-mongerly love because nothing else makes sense other than flat out shill like the first member.

You both know who you are, community would be better off without you as not living up to the spirit of this ohana.
