Some providers go downhill over time and Ipo / Sweetie is a prime example of that. Sounds like you and I had similar yet differing experiences. I tend to use the term FOB loosely; when a girl like her originally from another country speaks English with an accent or has a poor command of English, I will use that term, even for a girl like her who has been around.
