You're absolutely right! I found some solid 7-8 and the rare 9-10 (all around) in the past on BP, but that was because they were from out of town and just visiting on their ways to bigger cities. The quality of the local talent has dimished quite a bit over time and now it's almost to the point of got to get out of town to find the good ones (solely speaking on BP). It's sad, but true.

As for the others that will argue against this, hey, it's just an opinion and observation.
