Not surprisingly, the kb's seem to be more and more dead these days. Did everyone give up and only go to AMPs now? That would be ok if the kbg talent stayed the same, since the ratio of girls to guys would be better. But because the kbg talent level and count have both dropped, it sucks. As someone pointed out, it's sad when the most exciting thing to discuss is a missing power cord. That's a pretty good gauge of the kb industry right now.

Good advice, I tend to dong the barbacks more as they doing most, if not all of the work. The cost of adult entertainment has really gone up Brother BA man oh man. The serious LVBs who support these KBGs no come to the KB; they stay hidden behind-the-scenes so that other KGBs cannot huli them away from their dream girls. KB owners have to pay "protection" with cash or their bodies after work with the other hidden types to continue latent operations.

The Chinese bought the Summit / Casino lot we all know, it would not take a rocket scientist to figure out what the other lot owner would do if a attractive offer come around. These developers have the money to spend. I doubt the other lot owner would hang on to the lot if good money is lay on the table. Beside. I wonder if the lot owner able to collect the rent from the bar owners promptly since the business is so dead lately.

Of course those lots will be developed in the future, any idiot knows that. However, I hope you know the Chinese guys only bought the Casino lot and the neighboring property with Pacific Diamond on Kapiolani, and the old pet store on Makaloa. The lot with 74 and Talent is owned by a different business entity that also owns the separate lots with the adult store and Evergreen. That LLC is a consortium of 4 or 5 other LLCs owned by a local family. Btw, I'm not calling you an idiot.
