Just a thought. Trooth had to be deleted or break ties with HX due to legal reasons. If the owner actually owned both sites with the content that was there it would probably be grounds for legal action to come down on them. Now with HX and the TOS it is a user moderated community. This is like a legal loop hole that gets the owner off the hook. Think about people selling drugs on face be. Would Face be be accountable for the individuals actions?
