Went back out last night & there are a lot of unmarked cruisers out & about, all crown vics 2 grey, 1 green, 1 black & 1 white, not sure if they're local LPD or SP, but they were looking for any reason to pull someone over. Not sure what all the heat is about unless it has something to do with the lowell folk festival this weekend, so just be careful out there.

I did see a tall leggy blonde with multi colored leggings get dropped off at the corner of Summer & South street, swung back around but picked up a unmarked tagging along behind me.
