I was actually going to stop by the place and ask about him, but, their was a patrol car on Cole st between S Mount and s Fulton on the left hand side of the street eyeing his place. I made a right on S Mount St and headed toward the circle and left the area.

I stopped by there a couple of days after he was supposed to had been beaten by the young boys. I asked where he was all I got from one of them was he left and he would be back. Came back a few hours later same young dude said that he was gone but it was the way that he said it really made my antenna go up. Then my old hood instincts kicked in and I analyzed things right then and there I knew something was up but I didn't take it any further then Denise told me what happened.

Just t passing through the circle after getting some munchies at the market. I saw Dawn, long purple and dark blue or black striped dress leaning in some guys car. She didn't make the sale, and looked disappointed when she walked away. I saw Tiffany with the grills on her teeth in a pair of shorts, that was complementing her legs and butt cheeks. Leah is also out, she's on Monroe sitting near the laundromat. I saw some other SW, but, I don't know them.

There is some Mexican guy sitting in a truck at the top of the circle in the church parking lot. Don't have a clue what he's doing. He's just sitting there looking at the SW.

Going to hang around a bit longer and see if I can't get some layaway pussy. Hopefully I will run into blonde haired Montana and set up something for another time. Be safe.

Ran into old ugly Brenda with the watermelon tits . I asked her about D , she said the guys that hang there beat him up and put him out of his house . He was living in abandos , but , now he's in detox . I did see one patrol car on S Cole St eyeing the door to the rent a room house . I saw that blonde haired WSW with the white pants and pink shirt combination blouse . She seems to have that on whenever I see her .

The best thing to do is hire a aggressive lawyer that handles sex cases. Have the attorney file a bunch of motions to let the prosecutor know he is serious. If they do not drop the case then plead not guilty and ask for a trial. There is a very good chance they will drop the case then. This a good lesson on why it is best to remain silent. If you are caught in a lie then it give the prosecution a stronger case.

I would not worry about this too much. I think any Lawyer will do. I am not a Lawyer but I do know this much. The arresting officer cannot not come into court and take the stand against you say " I swear this is what the pro told us, that they where about or had already engaged in illegal activity. " That is he say she say stuff and that don't fly to well in court. They need a collaborating witness (SW that turned you in) to take the stand against you in court.

From my experience SW don't even make their own court dates when their freedom is on the line. They are always getting picked up on failure to Appear charges, now do you think they will show up in 3 month for your court date like a good citizen prim and proper ready to do their civic duty?

This is why in stings they use a female cop, they are outstanding member of society that can are believable and will "show up" to court testify against you.

Don't plea, don't take community service. These tactics are meant to inconvenience you and intimidate you into a plea deal. No witness in court to collaborate and back the police up, then you walk free. Yea you are embarrassed and now there is a paper trail of your misdeeds, but you will go free.

Thanks to a hook up, Kandii reached out to me on Tuesday. Set up a date for Thursday. She kind of blew up my phone with numerous texts and I was beginning to regret giving her my number. Eventually left work early and picked her up. She has gained weight from being clean, she said over twenty pounds or so. Ended up at Tim's. Good advise by Loomy. The intent of the arresting office was to lock you overnight, get your vehicle towed, then inconvenience you with layer fees. The officer won, even without you going to court. I must say that is rare to slap a person with multiple charges for merely picking up a hooker. Typically, the judge will drop a couple of the lesser charges. Hire a lawyer if you do not want a criminal record.

Why would anybody talk to LE under any circumstances? I don't care what they may or may not get a girl to say, I'm saying nothing except "I want to talk to a lawyer".
